Telford Autism Hub is a partnership between Telford and Wrekin CVS and Autism West Midlands, and is funded by Telford & Wrekin Clinical Commissioning Group.

The service is for adults living in Telford, who have, or may have an autism spectrum condition (ASC). Through the Hub people who are aged over 16 seeking information, advice and support about their individual circumstances have access to both pre and post diagnostic support.

Who can access the service?

• Anyone over the age of 16 without a learning difficulty who is either
• Seeking a diagnosis of autism (ASC)
• Or who has a diagnosis of autism (ASC)

[*autism must be the primary need]
