Message from our CEO

I want to extend my deep personal thanks to all our staff for their extraordinary commitment in these extremely difficult times. The inventiveness and sheer determination of our staff to keep people safe and well is second to none. Everyone in social care has an enormous challenge on their hands, no less so when supporting autistic adults, whose very rituals, special interests and daily structure have been severely disrupted. I know this is a frightening and unsettling time for many. Those we support depend on us to see them through these changes in their regular routines, daily life and being distanced from their friends and relatives. Our staff are incredible at finding a way through, for adapting and just making things better and understandable for those we support in their homes.
