Herefordshire and Worcestershire – Community Autism Support Service
Autism West Midlands in partnership with Brightfire CIC (Hereford) is offering post diagnosis support packages to people who live in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and who are over the age of 16 years. This service is for autistic adults, who live in Herefordshire and Worcestershire and have received their autism diagnosis recently.
To access the services in this area, you need to complete the referral form that was provided at the time of your diagnosis. If you have lost this referral form, you can download it and complete then send to our team: herefandworcs@autismwestmidlands.org.uk
Once we have received your referral, we will contact you using your preferred contact method which you can choose on the referral form.
