Black Country Adults Yoga, Mindfulness, and Creative art painting Session

Join us for an afternoon of yoga, mindfulness, meditation, and expressive art painting. This session will be in two parts.
· Part one yoga and mindfulness.
· Part two creative art painting.
All equipment will be provided for the session.
This will be facilitated by a qualified, professional teacher and it will be supported by AWM staff.
No group bookings!
Relaxed and friendly group environment.
You must have a Black Country post code to attend and have a diagnosis of autism, or in the process of being diagnosed.
