Residential Manager

My name is Adrian and my role is Residential Manager at one of Autism West Midlands residential homes. I started my career as a team leader and then progressed to activity coordinator / team leader and then onto Acting manager.

My role is to run the residential service on a day to day basis ensuring the staff team are motivated, fully trained and  well led, whilst ensuring all policies and procedures are followed at all times and running the unit within the guidelines set by CQC.

The best thing about working for Autism West Midlands is working with a staff team that have a vast and varied knowledge of all aspects of autism and associated learning disabilities, enabling us to provide the best possible care for the people we support, which in turn enables them to live every aspect of their lives to the fullest.
